Gail’s Meditation Wisdom

Gab Share

I have created a music meditation video to assist me with meditation, embodying the wisdom I have garnered from various sources: Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Christianity and a consortium of good deities and spiritual practices. Jesus is over all religions as Pure Existence and honors the good spiritual practices of all of them. There are many good deities in existence in the multiverse and God the Father allows a variety of spiritual practices. I chose sayings that resonated with me, regardless of source or author, acknowledging that there are many sources of spiritual truth and wisdom. Just because I chose a saying, does not mean I necessarily endorse all the source represents or stood/stands for. This is why I have many sayings without a source, because it doesn’t matter who said it, if it resonated with me. In the end it didn’t matter that I didn’t know the source, if what was said was true for me based on my life and spiritual experience.

I have had direct dealings and conversations with Jesus (ten years), all the ex-Antichrists (Zack Knight, Angelina Ballerina, Loree McBride), Satan, Baphomet, Shakpona, Buddha (three years), and the Hindu goddess Lakshmi (three years). My husband Brent Spiner (who has been in my life since 1989), has had direct dealings and conversations with God the Father, Jesus, god Buddha, goddess Lakshmi, god Muhammad, god Triton, god Horus, fallen angel Satan, fallen angel Baphomet, evil god Shakpona and various other deities and beings. Our dealings with supreme deity God have been very limited, but enough to garner some insights. Satan chose me for his Antichrist from August 2, 2024 forward. Though I am not thrilled with my title ANTI-Christ, since I love Jesus– I strive to be a righteous Antichrist. To be at peace about being the Antichrist, I am of the belief, that the fallen angel Satan will one day get right and be beautiful and righteous Lucifer again. I hope to inspire Satan to goodness.

I also hope to show with my life and example that free and true love can peacefully and beautifully co-exist together with goodness. It seems that disagreement over this, is the cause for much of the multiverse conflict. There seems to be disagreement as to whether free love can be practiced with goodness among the deities and higher beings and among all beings in the multiverse.

Buddha’s Four Noble Truths:

  1. Dukkha–The truth of suffering. Life has inevitable suffering. It comes in many forms.
  2. Samudaya–The truth of the origin of suffering. The actual root of suffering is to be found in the mind itself, not our circumstances.
  3. Nirodha–The truth of the cessation of suffering. Once we extinguish our cravings, we liberate ourselves from attachment and suffering.
  4. Magga–The truth of the path to the cessation of suffering. The end of suffering is contained in the Eightfold Path.

The Eightfold Path:

Right view: An accurate understanding of the nature of things, especially the Four Noble Truths
Right intention: Avoiding thoughts of hatred, attachment, and harmful intent
Right speech: Avoiding verbal misdeeds like lying, harsh speech, and divisive speech
Right action: Avoiding physical misdeeds like killing, stealing, and sexual misconduct
Right livelihood: Avoiding trades that harm others, directly or indirectly
Right effort: A step in the path
Right mindfulness: A step in the path
Right concentration: A step in the path

The path is considered noble because it’s followed by people who are wise and free from suffering. The first seven steps are said to support the final step, right concentration.

Buddhism endorses the concept of maintaining disciplined, virtuous and skilled military forces to protect what is good. At all times one needs to aim at not causing suffering to others, but never at the expense of preventing even worse suffering.

Mahayana Buddhist ethics broadly agrees that it can be ethical to violently defend oneself or others, as long as one wants to compassionately prevent harm rather than angrily cause harm. However, the violence used must be just enough to prevent the harm from occurring.
