Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (11-24-2004)
11-24-04 Bemerkungen über 1-18-02 Tatbestand
Time is 7 a.m. and someone is out there just outside my apartment and right behind my 1999 van, using some lawn instrument and making a ton of noise that would awaken any normal sleeper. My SLEEP DISRUPTION LAWS are being brazenly violated. Arrest this person and those behind him. Have someone call the police and complain. Try this case on IBN and make sure my SLEEP DISRUPTION LAWS are honored. My SLEEP DISRUPTION LAWS have been brazenly violated and they need to be enforced. This would include the noisy air conditioning units near my apartment. Mete out the death penalty to those who have created this/these incident(s). It is an attempt to draw attention to my car and to me. Even though I was already up when this incident occurred, if anybody else in my apartment complex was awakened (or could have been)–that will be the basis for the arrest. Whoever that person is, who is using this loud instrument, will be on international television (along with those who are behind him). If he is an UNWILLING AGENT, treat him as an UNWILLING AGENT, according to CONSPIRACY LAW. The death penalty will be meted out to those willingly and knowingly behind this incident.
Question the Jesuits (and Vladimir) under 666-Computer lie-detection as to whether they approve of (or support) violations of my SLEEP DISRUPTION LAWS and as to whether they are behind this incident.
The following will be added to the SLEEP DISRUPTION LAWS, when I have the time. If this following section is not enforced, it will be the death penalty as a JESUIT CONSPIRATOR:
After a business or a person has been warned that he/she/it/they have violated SLEEP DISRUPTION LAWS and that person or business continues to violate the law, that person and/or his/her business will be shut down for a week and cannot operate. So, whatever business is behind this guy using this loud lawn instrument outside my apartment will be shut down for a week and will not be able to operate. Each further violation after the week shutdown, will result in another two weeks of enforced shutdown added onto the original week. Which means a 3rd violation, will result in a 3 week shutdown of that business’ operations. After a 5th violation, the business will be shut down PERMANENTLY. Any business which operates when it is in mandatory shutdown (as described in this Sect.), will cause all those behind the incident to go to jail and to face death penalty charges as JESUIT CONSPIRATORS.
