I just received from Chrysler Financial the NOTICE AFTER REPOSSESSION OR VOLUNTARY SURRENDER (BANKRUPTCY).
I will write them a letter, which I will mail to Vladimir Putin and not to them, because Vladimir is very involved with this case. Vladimir, the following letter I will mail to you later. I want to sit on it for awhile. But I will go ahead and let you look at the preliminary draft.
The letter will be something like this:

Dear Chrysler Financial:
I received your NOTICE AFTER REPOSSESSION OR VOLUNTARY SURRENDER (BANKRUPTCY). First off, I want to make it plain that I did not voluntarily surrender my van to you.
Instead, you illegally repossessed it, and by doing so, you breached your contract with Vladimir Putin. My van was paid off by Vladimir Putin and there was no need for you to repossess the van. Because Vladimir made the pay off for my van and because you accepted this payment, your acceptance of this payment was your agreement or contract not to repossess my van and not to harass me for car payments. Your acceptance of this pay-off from Vladimir, was also your agreement that you no longer had a lien to my van. And because you did not have a lien to my van, you had no right to repossess it, and when you did so, you breached your contract with Vladimir Putin and you stole the van from me, since it was no longer your property.
When you repossessed my van, you behaved as if the van was not paid off and that you still had a lien to my van. This repossession action on your part, was a breach of your contract with Vladimir Putin and I’ve encourage him to sue you for breach of contract.
If he wins his case and I believe he will,–you will be court ordered to return to him the pay-off he made on the van, plus damages I incurred by your illegal towing actions and you will be required not to file any negative reports about my credit to credit reporting agencies in regard to this matter or to correct any negative reports about my credit to credit reporting agencies in regard to this matter. If you neglect to do this, you will go to jail.
You breached your contract with Vladimir in which you agreed that by accepting Vladimir’s pay-off to my van, that you no longer had a lien to my van. So, in effect, YOU STOLE MY VAN FROM ME, SINCE YOU NO LONGER HAD A LIEN TO MY VAN WHEN YOU REPOSSESSED IT. You are guilty of theft and breach of contract.
You are not entitled to deduct damages incurred by your illegal towing from the profits made on the sale of my van (if it must be sold), including storage charges or charges to fix the damage to my van which the tower might have made to the van when he towed it. The tower was very rough and may have damaged the tires or the engine.
Vladimir and I have “had it” with Chrysler and we want to be rid of all our associations with your company.
Because you no longer have the pay-off to my van, I will attempt to get a loan to make the pay-off myself. You will then send me the title to the van. The van must be returned to me in the same condition it was in before you illegally repossessed it, and you are forbidden to charge me extra charges for the towing, storage, etc. since it was illegally towed.
We can assure you that the next vehicle I buy or own will not be a Chrysler vehicle. We protest the brazen and crass actions of Chrysler which promote Jesuit terrorism.

The Jesuits are going to try to cause problems between myself and those who escort me to or from work. Keep a close watch over this situation and make sure that nothing suspicious occurs and be prepared to “knock out” any criminal who may do try to do something criminal to me when escorting me to or from work. Do a thorough screening of those who escort me and only allow those who are “safe” to do this. I will post a notice in my workplace for escorts to drive me to and from work, make sure that only those who are safe put their names on this list to drive me to or from work. Those who are not allowed to escort me, will be notified of this. I think most people who work at Wal-Mart are not criminals, but if you sense something is going on, nip it in the bud before it becomes a problem. I do need another car, but I will not pay off my Chrysler, because I’m furious at Chrysler.
Regarding the Scott Peterson murder case. Vladimir has just informed me that Scott was a WILLING AGENT for the Jesuits. We just found out about this. He signed some sort of contract with the Jesuits to allow them to takeover his brain and to use him to murder his wife and he did this for a pay off. So, Vladimir and I feel he deserves 1st degree murder.
Time is 11:39 p.m. and I just came back from Wal-Mart. I paid the driver $75 for a week of escort service. Vladimir, I cannot afford to pay $75 a week to go to work.
Nobody at work is signing up to give me a ride to work. I put the sign-up sheet right next to the timeclock and NO ONE HAS SIGNED UP TO GIVE ME A RIDE. This is not what I expected. I feel like everyone’s deserted me, including Vladimir. In fact, I’m wondering if maybe I’m crazy and I’m wasting my time writing these statements. Maybe I’m not Vladimir’s fiancé, maybe nobody’s reading this. Vladimir, if you are my fiancé, then you need to make your presence known. I have a financial emergency and I don’t know what to do. I need a car to go to work. If you are truly my fiancé, then you need to come to my rescue NOW. In fact, I’m getting so discouraged, that if you don’t make your presence known very soon and make it plain to me that you are my fiancé, I’m going to conclude that I am not engaged to Vladimir Putin and that the engagement is off, if it ever was ON. HOW CAN YOU BE MY FIANCÉ AND LEAVE ME STRANDED LIKE THIS? If I’m the Russian Vice President, then why can’t I afford a car?
If you are my fiancé and I’m not crazy, then I expect you to do something quick to rescue me from my transportation dilemma. I DON’T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY CHRYSLER THE MONEY THEY DEMAND FOR ME TO GET MY CAR BACK. I only moved out here so that I could increase my chances to be your wife. I knew that I probably could not afford to move out here away from my mother and stepdad, but I had to get away from my mother because she was being used as an UNWILLING AGENT to ruin my marriage chances with you. If I have to go back to her or bug her for the $2,100 I need to pay off my car, then she will claim that you are not my fiancé and will force me to go to a mental hospital (as a condition for giving me the money).
VLADIMIR, GIVE ME SOME MONEY NOW!!! OR ELSE GIVE ME A CAR!! Help me! WHY DO YOU JUST SIT THERE AND LET THEM DEVOUR ME? IF YOU DON’T MOVE FAST–THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO CONCLUDE THAT WE ARE NOT ENGAGED AND, IN THAT CASE, I WILL CONSIDER MYSELF NOT ENGAGED TO YOU. IT APPEARS THAT YOU DON’T CARE WHETHER WE GET MARRIED OR NOT!
I CAN’T TOLERATE THIS. EITHER YOU MAKE YOUR PRESENCE KNOWN SOON, BEFORE I BECOME FINANCIALLY DESTITUTE OR ELSE I WILL NOT CONSIDER MYSELF ENGAGED TO YOU ANYMORE. WHAT KIND OF AN ENGAGEMENT IS THIS WHEN YOU DON’T HELP ME WHEN I’M IN BIG TROUBLE? THE WAY THINGS ARE GOING NOW, I WON’T BE ABLE TO EAT OR PAY RENT WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS, BECAUSE I CAN’T AFFORD THE TRANSPORTATION TO GET TO WORK. I’M GOING TO HAVE TO QUIT MY JOB OR GET ANOTHER ONE AND WORK TWO JOBS. THEN I’LL NEVER HAVE TIME TO WRITE LAW AND THEN.

I made copies of the NOTICE I described above, but I think I’m wasting my time to write and send you the letter, because it doesn’t seem to make any difference. YOU DON’T CALL ME ON THE PHONE. YOU DON’T MEET ME. YOU DON’T MAIL ME ANY LETTERS. I hear a voice in my head that I believe is you, but now I’m not so sure.
And yet I know that there are UNWILLING AGENTS, because I see it in my mother and others. There’s definitely something significant going on. At least Brent Spiner talked to me on the phone sometimes. You’ve never talked to me ever. I don’t know what to do about my transportation problem. I wish I could talk to you face to face. I wish you would MEET ME.
It seems like the whole world has deserted me and they’re going to let the barracudas eat me.
Are you going to let ME make this payment to that towing company? Don’t you have any dignity? This isn’t going to help your case at all against the Jesuits. If I pay that towing company, we CAN NEVER GET MARRIED, because the Jesuits CAN BELIEVABLY CLAIM THAT YOU DON’T GIVE A FLIP ABOUT ME AND THAT YOU NEVER PAID OFF MY CAR. What’s the matter with you? Get my car back to me or DO SOMETHING. Why don’t you stick up for yourself! I can’t afford to make this payment. I don’t have $2,000!!
Are you going to let my mother insult you? If I have to ask her for money, I’ll never hear the end of it. She’ll claim that you never paid off my car and that you’re no good AND THAT YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. WHY DON’T YOU STICK UP FOR YOURSELF! GET ME A CAR AND DO IT IN A MANNER SO MY “MOTHER” WON’T ACCUSE YOU OF NOT BEING MY FIANCÉ OR OF BEING A LOUSY ONE. I’VE TOLD HER FOR MONTHS THAT YOU PAID OFF THE CAR AND IF I HAVE TO ASK FOR MONEY TO PAY OFF THE CAR, HOW WILL THIS MAKE YOU LOOK WITH MY “MOTHER”? DON’T YOU CARE ABOUT THIS?
What is GOING ON? And why have you deserted me in this EMERGENCY?
Time is 12:34 a.m. on 11-13-04 and a new voice came into my head and told me that Vladimir is very sick and has forgotten all about me. Apparently, the Jesuits have given him amnesia. It appears that I’m going to have to try to make the $2,000 pay off and get a loan somewhere, because I can’t rely on Vladimir right now. He’s sick. Please pray for Vladimir. The Jesuits have somehow taken over his brain–just like they did President Bush for a month or so back in early 2004. This new voice told me that the world needs Vladimir and I together and encouraged me not to give up on him. At least I know what’s going on, now. Apparently, Vladimir will be going into emergency surgery to remove the Jesuits’ control from his brain.
Please pray for my finances. I need a miracle. I need a loan I can afford. Someone needs to take Vladimir’s place while he’s sick–just like we used Colin Powell when the Jesuits had President Bush. He is incompetent to be Russian President in his present condition. I appoint Dr. Peter Ruckman as the interim Russian President. Dr. Ruckman will take on the responsibilities of the Russian President until we get our Vladimir back. Dr. Ruckman has the authority to do all the things that Vladimir did as Russian President. Dr. Ruckman can sign legislation, pass CONSPIRACY LAW and work with me in passing and legislating CONSPIRACY LAW all over the world and can make any presidential decisions in regard to the welfare of Russia and it’s position in the world. Dr. Ruckman will confer with other world leaders about important issues. In essence, until we have evidence that we have the real Vladimir Putin back, Dr. Ruckman is the acting Russian President. I choose Dr. Ruckman because he is steeped in the King James Bible and, therefore, is least likely to be used as an UNWILLING AGENT. He’s also a genius and understands world affairs very well and I know Vladimir well and feel that Dr. Ruckman is someone who would take Presidential positions and actions that would please Vladimir. Vladimir is temporarily removed from his duties as Russian President, until we get the real Vladimir back. Dr. Ruckman is the temporary Russian President until Vladimir is well. The real Vladimir would be pleased with my choice and as Russian Vice President, I have the authority to appoint Dr. Ruckman as the interim Russian President, until Vladimir is well.
My engagement to Vladimir is still on. Though from what I understand about Vladimir, he is not currently aware that we are engaged. They’ve given him amnesia about me. I’m waiting for my Vladimir to come back to me. The Jesuits have given him amnesia about me. Vladimir will be going into the operating room, because we cannot afford to have him in this condition. We have to get the real Vladimir back. The world needs him.

I want to ask the people of the world to pray for Dr. Ruckman, myself, Lis Wiehl, and for Vladimir. Here is the prayer: Ask God to help Dr. Ruckman to execute to duties of Russian President well. Ask God to pray that we can completely free Vladimir from illegal 666-Computer control over his brain, which (at this point) has made Vladimir incompetent to execute the duties of Russian President and have made him incompetent to represent himself (or others) in legal matters. Pray for my health, since the Jesuits fiercly attack it and pray that the Jesuits will never be able to control my brain in any manner as an UNWILLING AGENT. I only got about 4 hours sleep last night because of Jesuit TRIGGER PROGRAMMING. Pray that we can wrest from the Jesuits their ability to use people as UNWILLING AGENTS.
Please look out for Vladimir and make sure he doesn’t do anything to completely ruin my chances to marry him. Make sure he doesn’t do anything like go to bed with some woman in his present condition. Watch over him, please. He’s sick and needs to be monitored. He’ll appreciate it when we get the real Vladimir back. Look out for him, please.
In some respects, because I am the Vice President of Russia, I, to some extent, must perform the duties of Russian President. I have given Dr. Ruckman the authority to act autonomously as Russian President, but when I make specific requests (when I know Vladimir would act in a certain way and I request that certain matters be undertaken in the way I suggest– it is because Vladimir almost always adopts all my legal suggestions, so when you adopt them, you would do what he would want–in just about all cases). So when I have a legal request, I will make my requests known and I’m sure Dr. Ruckman will honor these requests. Here is what I order for today:
Have attorney Lis Wiehl continue with the case that we have against Chrysler, the Family Practice Residency and with Starbridge insurance. We will state that Vladimir has suddenly become ill and cannot represent himself in this case and is currently incompetent to stand trial or to represent himself in legal matters (the evidence for this will be presented in court), but that the Russian government has appointed Lis Wiehl to have power of attorney to represent Vladimir in this case and to act in his stead.
I have concluded that I will have to somehow make the $2,067.58 payment to Chrysler (as soon as possible) which they demand, because I am in dire need of a vehicle SOON. The longer I go without a vehicle the more expense I incur and these expenses are adding up fast. I will be calling and investigating several banks for a loan, so that I can make the pay-off which Chrysler demands. I’m going to have to go along with this NOTICE AFTER REPOSSESSION OR VOLUNTARY SURRENDER (BANKRUPTCY), because Chrysler no longer has the pay off to my vehicle (since Vladimir took it back–right before the Jesuits got him)– and, because of Vladimir’s condition, I cannot rely on him at this time. If I make the pay-off myself and receive the title to my car, then Chrysler will not harass me anymore about this car. It doesn’t seem to work when I allow Vladimir to make the pay-off, the Jesuits always find a way to undermine him. I HAVE TO MAKE THE PAY-OFF MYSELF or we will never be rid of this Chrysler problem.
Contact the local banks in the area and insure that they don’t rip me off (or do anything to strengthen the Jesuits’ case against Vladimir) and that I get a loan I can live with. Perhaps, offer them some assistance from the INTERNATIONAL CHARITY BANK as incentive to help me out in my present situation. I plan to call Washington Mutual and some banks that are close to where I live. I’m looking for a low interest loan in which I can make a low monthly payment. I cannot afford a monthly payment greater than $50 a month and even that may be too steep. I also do not want to use my mother as a co-signer. Because to use my UNWILLING AGENT mother as co-signer on this loan, would strengthen the Jesuits’ case against the Russian government in our Chrysler, Family Practice Residency and Starbridge case. I need to take out a loan for greater than the pay-off amount because I have had some unexpected expenses this month and need more money than just the pay-off to my car. I want to find a bank that will give me a loan without a co-signer, because if I have to use my UNWILLING AGENT mother as the co-signer (and she’s the only one who would co-sign for me) this will strengthen the Jesuits case too much against us. The blue book value to my car is about $6,000 to $7,000. If I give the bank a lien to my car, if I don’t make payments, this should be sufficient security for the loan.
Eventually, I’m hoping that Vladimir will find a way to help me pay off this loan fast, so that I won’t have to live so tight.
Contact Chrysler and make sure they are in compliance with the law and that they will do all in their power to return my vehicle to me in the same condition it was before they illegally repossessed it, and to give me the title to my car (after pay-off). Insure that the bugs and other surveillance equipment installed on my car still work, so that when I get my car back, we can still take video and audio coverage of all areas around the car and inside the car. Make sure that the Jesuits did not undermine the bugs on my car while it was in storage at American Asset Co. It is very important that these bugs work properly, just like they did before the car was repossessed. Send people out to investigate this matter.
Insure that no damage was caused to my car while it was towed. The tower was rough and may have damaged my tires or engine. If there was damage, have it repaired as soon as possible and make Chrysler pay for the repairs. Let Lis Wiehl handle the legalities in this matter. Make sure the car is returned to me with a full tank of gas (because it had a full tank of gas when it was repossessed) and with all the property that was inside the car when it was repossessed in the condition that the property was in before the car was repossessed. This would include my worn Bible, my cassette tapes, my worn out map and all the legal paperwork in the glove compartment, my suncreeen, etc.
I submit the above letter that I wrote to Chrysler to Lis Wiehl and consider it electronically signed by me. Have her download this letter from my computer and let her use this letter in the case we have against Chrysler, Starbridge and the Family Practice Residency Program. She will have power of attorney in Vladimir’s place and she will represent Vladimir in the court. We will explain to the jury and those who watch this case that Vladimir has suddenly become ill (with a Jesuit induced illness), with an illness that makes him currently incompetent to stand trial. But that the case will go on under the leadership of Lis Wiehl and she will act in Vladimir’s stead. When Vladimir is well again, he will represent himself again in court. I’m sure the real Vladimir, if he was with us, would approve of this arrangement.
In the meanwhile, Dr. Ruckman has full power as Russian President to act in Vladimir’s stead and to sign all legislation, pass laws, conduct Russian military operations, and take emergency measures to protect Russia and the world when problems occur which all Presidents must deal with, etc. Take a poll among the Russian people about how they feel that their Vice President, Gail Schuler, has appointed Dr. Ruckman as the acting Russian President until we have wrested from the Jesuits their illegal control over Vladimir Putin. The Russians have gotten to know Dr. Ruckman over the years and I think they would feel comfortable with him as acting Russian President, in Vladimir’s stead.
I’m sure the Russians will approve of this arrangement. Have the results of this poll presented on IBN to insure the world that the Russians approve of Dr. Ruckman acting as Russian President until Vladimir is well. Tell them that their Vice President has appointed Dr. Ruckman as acting President until Vladimir is healed of his problem. That Gail feels that Vladimir is currently incompetent to carry out the duties of Russian President and that she is doing all in her power to restore to Vladimir his autonomy and his real personality. The Russians trust me, I’m sure they will go along with this.
Vladimir will be in the operating room today. Gail covets the prayers of the world for Vladimir, that this operation will be highly successful and that we can have our Vladimir back.
Monitor and record all my phone calls and take actions based on what you hear in my phone conversations with the various persons. I spoke with an attorney on the last call. I will try to apply for loans through Beneficial Finance, Household Finance or American General on Monday. I also have a dental appointment on Monday to get a cavity filled, so that will be a very busy day. The banks are all closed today. I want to take out a loan to pay off my vehicle, so that I can get my car back. However, the payment amount needs to be around $50 a month or less. I can’t afford much more. See if you can contact these companies and arrange something for me. This is an emergency. If I don’t make the pay off to my vehicle by the 24th, Chrysler will put the car up for sale on the 24th and I don’t think that they will sell it fairly. I don’t trust them.
When we get our real Vladimir back, have him make a statement (under 666-Computer lie-detection) over why he was unable to assist me in 2002, while I lived in Tallahassee, in order to prevent me from having to file for bankruptcy. This is important because it does seem odd that he would want to marry me and would allow my financial situation to become so desperate that he could not prevent me from having to file for bankruptcy, so he needs to make a statement on IBN about this. If not, the Jesuits will try to use this against him, to accuse him of not caring about my affairs at all. This is our legal defensive posture.
Our legal offensive posture, will be to expose the Jesuit involvement in my 2002 bankruptcy and to expose (with evidence) how the Jesuits orchestrated my life, so that I was forced to file for bankruptcy in 2002. I am firmly convinced that my dire financial situation is (and was) because of the Jesuits. You may want to get Brent Spiner involved with this. He can help out. Also, cross examine the Jesuits and ask them under 666-Computer lie-detection on IBN if they desire to manipulate my finances, so that they can control me and ask the if they would only allow me to be rich if it helped them out. And that, in most cases, it would help them out more, to keep me poor and so that’s why they undermine all of Vladimir’s attempts (or anyone else’s attempts) to help me out financially, especially if the Jesuits feel that that assistance would lessen the Jesuits’ control over my life.. Ask them (under 666-Computer lie-detection) if this is true. Ask them if they have tried to block me from getting the proceeds of my novel. Ask them if they have tried to undermine my job performance to keep me poor. Rake them over the coals about this. Ask these same questions (under 666-Computer lie-detection) of Vladimir and WE’LL FIND OUT WHO IS THE REAL CRIMINAL THAT DESIRES TO KEEP ME POOR. I’M CONVINCED IT’S THE JESUITS!! Firmly establish their motive for trying to keep me poor. Firmly establish to what fanatical extents they will go to keep me poor. Expose this, expose this, expose this. I know the reason I’m poor is because of the JESUITS AND I WANT THIS EXPOSED!! You need to do this to protect Vladimir and other innocent people that the Jesuits want to frame (with their orchestrations to keep me poor).
