Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (7-5-2004)

There are people shooting fireworks outside my home right now and these fireworks are so loud and explosive, they seem more criminal than patriotic. Today is not July 4th. They are shooting them right above my roof and I don’t appreciate all this noise. They are so explosive, they sound like guns shooting bullets.
I believe the Jesuits are using these UNWILLING AGENTS to try to create a conspiracy which revolves around these fireworks–maybe revolving around what my mom and Bill are doing in Denver right now.
Maybe this is a prelude to a real shootout, which will involve guns. An UNWILLING AGENT co-worker (a cashier) at Wal-Mart made a comment yesterday about how she just learned how to shoot a gun and she was carrying on and on about it to me.
I want all these people in this neighborhood investigated and treated as UNWILLING AGENTS (according to CONSPIRACY LAW) and have the IMPOSED PERSONs involved in this fireworks disruption (which sounds like gunfire) cross-examined on IBN (to determine why they are orchestrating this fireworks disruption which sounds like guns shooting bullets, one after another), and make these IMPOSED PERSONs give CONFESSION STATEMENTS on IBN.
If it is determined that the IMPOSED PERSONs’ motive for causing all these fireworks to explode like gunfire above this house (where I am living now) is to try to draw attention to a SIGNIFICANT PERSON’s ethnography in order to orchestrate a conspiracy (maybe a gunfire conspiracy which will involved DEAD BODIES?), then execute these IMPOSED PERSONS according to CONSPIRACY LAW and have the UNWILLING AGENTS (who were manipulated by these IMPOSED PERSONs) watch the required presentations (according to Sect. 32 & 34 of CONSPIRACY LAWS AND GOVERNMENT).
Yesterday, another UNWILLING AGENT co-worker made a comment about a bathroom stall that had been closed down with a sign that said no one should enter because the toilet wasn’t working (or something like that). She said that maybe A DEAD BODY WAS IN THERE.
What an inappropriate thing to say about a closed down bathroom stall.
Tie in the investigation of the fireworks disrupters with those co-workers at work who made these comments about dead bodies in bathroom stalls and about shooting guns, and see if there’s a connection. Make all these UNWILLING AGENTS at Wal-Mart and those behind this fireworks display which sounds like gunfire, watch the required presentations of those IMPOSED PERSONs who manipulated them to assist in this conspiracy.
I know these UNWILLING AGENTS will claim that they are just being patriotic, but why are they shooting these fireworks so close to my home, so that I can see and hear all the discruption (FROM ABOUT 3 OR 4 NEIGHBORS) through the skylight of my roof? My next door neighbors and about 3 or 4 other neighbors very close to my house are all shooting fireworks at the same time, and they’re all exploding like gunfire very close to my house.
This is unusual– to have so many people shooting fireworks on the night AFTER JULY 4TH near my house. USUALLY WHEN FIREWORKS ARE SHOT AFTER JULY 4TH, IT IS MORE RANDOM AND IT ISN’T SO CONCENTRATED, NOISY AND DISRUPTIVE–LIKE THESE FIREWORKS ARE.
