Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (4-8-2004)

A man in Bill Fuller’s Shriner organization named Matt passed away at 2 a.m. today. Today is the day I get my first paycheck from Wal-Mart and my first paycheck will be direct deposited today into my xxxxxx account. I also start work today (for the first time) at 2 p.m. and don’t get off until 11 p.m. The timing of Matt’s death was obviously orchestrated to draw attention to my ethnography and to orchestrate a conspiracy around it– so handle this matter according to Sect. 66 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs. It’s possible the Jesuits may be preparing to create a conspiracy by drawing attention (in a negative manner) toward the days when I will receive any payouts from any annuities which Vladimir may establish for me or for my son. And maybe the timing of Matt’s death was designed to begin the “day of direct-deposits into Gail’s xxxxxxxxx account conspiracy”, since today is the day I get my first direct deposit paycheck from Wal-Mart into my xxxxxxxxx account. The LOOPHOLE VIOLATORS that murdered Matt were RUSSIAN. In fact, most of the LOOPHOLE violations within the past week have been from Russians.
For this reason, Vladimir will make the statement I’ve written for him today on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS. Vladimir requested that I help him write this statement and he has told me in the past week that he does not want to be associated with Russia anymore than he has to. He does not feel it would be helpful and is ashamed of Russia right now. I told him that I feel what is happening in Russia right now is not representative of the Russian people, but Vladimir feels betrayed. So I have changed the name of RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS to INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS, and Vladimir’s title as the executor of CONSPIRACY LAW is no longer Russian President, but CONSPIRACY LAW PRESIDENT.
We are not going to play this game. Those people who are responsible for Matt’s death, will be cross-examined on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS, will give CONFESSION STATEMENTS, and will be executed. The names of those executed (and any Jesuit connections will be mentioned) and the dates and times of the executions will be broadcast on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS.
See the new law I wrote, Sect. 77.8, in all my CONSPIRACY LAW documents. RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS has changed its name to INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS, and its new headquarters will be in Germany. As of 4-8-04, INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS will operate under the authority of the German government–it is no longer considered a Russian news network. Germany has granted to Vladimir Putin, the power of the German Chancellor, in order to execute and enforce CONSPIRACY LAW through the authority of the German government. Russia has also granted Vladimir Putin, the power to execute and enforce CONSIRACY LAW through the authority of the Russian government. When Vladimir has finished his 2nd term as Russian President, he will execute and enforce CONSPIRACY LAW, no longer through the authority of the Russian government, but through the authority of the German government.
Vladimir will make a statement somewhat like the following on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS:
Though the Russian people have graciously requested that I attempt to write an amendment to the Russian Constitution (in order to allow a Russian President to try for a 3rd term in office), I have decided not to attempt to amend the Russian Constitution in this matter, since I do not desire to have a third term as Russian President. As the CONSPIRACY LAW PRESIDENT, I feel I can more effectively administer and enforce CONSPIRACY LAW through the authority of the German, rather than the Russian, government. The reason I feel this way, is because I have to deal with a very large and entrenched Jesuit-directed Russian movement in Russia (which opposes CONSPIRACY LAW) and makes it very difficult for me to appear credible as the CONSPIRACY LAW PRESIDENT (when I must work through the authority of the Russian government to administer CONSPIRACY LAW). I do not anticipate that this large and entrenched Russian anti-CONSPIRACY LAW movement will be brought down quickly; and, therefore, it is better, as CONSPIRACY LAW PRESIDENT, to work through the authority of another government besides Russia. Though this Russian anti-CONSPIRACY LAW movement is large and entrenched, it does not represent the will of the Russian people, as we have determined through our news polls. Therefore, in order to ensure that the gains we have made in Russia are not lost, it is now Russian law that whoever holds a government position, including President, in Russia, must swear (under 666-Computer lie-detection and amnesia-detection) allegiance to CONSPIRACY LAW; and if, during swearing-in, that Russian government official, fails 666-Computer lie-detection, that Russian government official cannot hold government office in Russia.
Any Russians, who are part of this anti-CONSPIRACY LAW movement in Russia, who are executed for CONSPIRACY LAW violations, will be permanently listed and identified (and any Jesuit connections will be highlighted) on the INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS’ website, to show our outrage over this treachery and betrayal in Russia.
At Wal-Mart, where I work as a cashier, the Jesuits are attempting to draw attention to the fire exit door, by having their UNWILLING AGENTS steal items from the store and escape through this door. Any IMPOSED PERSON who causes an UNWILLING AGENT, to play this game of stealing items from Wal-Mart and then escaping through Wal-Mart’s fire exit door, will be cross-examined on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS, will give CONFESSION STATEMENTS and will be executed. Treat this fire-exit door conspiracy according to Sect. 66 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs. We aren’t going to play this game. Kill those who are willingly, knowingly and deliberately involved in this conspiracy. Make sure to highlight the Jesuit connections and to make clear what the motive is for this Wal-Mart fire-exit conspiracy, while presenting this conspiracy (and all the alleged violators) on INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST NEWS.
