Regarding French Pres. Chirac’s visit to Vladimir Putin regarding some space station near Moscow: Unfortunately, my mother reads the paper and the way this article is worded makes it appear that Vladimir Putin is not in the United States trying to acquire me as his wife, but that Vladimir’s more interested in Russia’s satellite capabilities. This insinuates that Putin is behind all the CONSPIRACY LAW violations (which use satellite technology–this would include about 90% of all CONSPIRACY LAW violations) and that he’s more interested in Russia’s satellites than in his future wife.
Here is how I recommend you handle this. Maybe have Vladimir show my mother (while she is with her Shriner friends) a slide show or video coverage about the French President’s visit to the UNITED STATES to visit Vladimir Putin–emphasize that the VISIT TOOK PLACE IN THE UNITED STATES and that is was a secret visit between Vladimir and Chirac, because both these world leaders did not want to be involved with the American press. The slide show or video coverage should show more than Chirac’s visit with Putin, but I should be in there as well–to firmly establish what a high priority I am in Vladimir’s life. Maybe show that Chirac wanted to go to Moscow, but that Vladimir insisted that the visit take place in the U.S. because Vladimir was stuck in the U.S. (because he’s having problems acquiring his wife in the United States–or something like that). One positive aspect about this is that this is an opportunity to more firmly establish to my mother that the RUSSIAN PRESIDENT is, indeed, interested in marrying me–because, after all, why would a FRENCH PRESIDENT want to make a special trip to anyone in the U.S. (other than to the RUSSIAN PRESIDENT)? And why would a FRENCH PRESIDENT make a special trip to the U.S. to speak with anyone other than the RUSSIAN PRESIDENT?
I would downplay that the visit had anything to do with satellites–maybe satellites could be mentioned very briefly– to establish that satellites played a role in the visit (in order to make a connection between the newspaper article and Putin and Chirac’s visit with each other), but satellites should not be highlighted as the main focus of the visit. This way it would be firmly established that the newspaper article about the French President’s visit with Vladimir Putin was correct, but the emphasis [in Vladimir’s slide show to my mother (in front of her Shriner friends)] should firmly establish that the visit between Putin and Chirac (which was mentioned in the U.S. newspaper article) occurred in the UNITED STATES, and that Chirac later (or previously) flew to Russia to visit the space agency (near Moscow) on his own (without Putin).
It doesn’t look good (to my UNWILLING AGENT mother) for Putin to appear to be in Russia touting his satellite space capabilities or interests while he claims to be trying diligently to acquire his wife in the United States.
I want Vladimir to incorporate into any slide or video presentation he shows my mother, that those representatives from Chrysler Financial and Capital One-KMart who harass me on the phone about payments which they allege I owe (for accounts which Vladimir has already paid for me) WENT TO JAIL. And then, I want him to submit proof to her that he has paid off my car and whatever else he has paid up for me. He can use any camera footage he has of me from this house or elsewhere (or can use my recorded phone conversations with any of these representatives) or wherever to strengthen his evidence that these people who call me on the phone to harass me about payments for my car and for other payments are violating a STOP HARASSMENT ORDER which Vladimir has given these people (since all these accounts have been paid up by Vladimir and he doesn’t want these people calling this house to harass me for accounts which he has paid up). He may want to show my mother some cross-examinations of IMPOSED PERSONS from RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS which are related to the harassing phone calls I’ve received from Chrysler Financial and other phone harassers (to show his outrage that these people are harassing me for payments of accounts which he has paid up for me).
Any deliberate, knowing and willing attempts (or actions) to put a hindering substance in any food, ingested substance or inhaled substance to hinder or prevent the removal of LOOPHOLE PROGRAMMING–death penalty.

In this statement, Vladimir and/or Gail may be publicly cross-examined on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS to determine the real reasons why they want to marry each other. I love him and have utmost respect for him. He’s a manly, courageous and heroic pioneer. He’s a great and visionary leader, with great vision and heroic and focused goals. I feel he will be/is a great father to my son and that he’s a great father to his two daughters. He is persistent and patient, with follow-through. He accepts and loves me the way I am. When problems arise, he handles them positively, without whining–he looks for solutions, instead of problems–and is a man of action. He is a positive person in the way he handles me (regardless of tremendous difficulties and frustrations) and never berates me or tries to make me feel worthless. He loves and honors me and cares about my welfare. I feel he’s handsome and attractive, especially in the manly and heroic glow I see in his eyes and expression. He has extraordinary wisdom in dealing with our mutual enemies and I feel I can trust his judgment and leadership as the head of our home. He respects my faith in and belief in the King James Bible and has adopted many of my beliefs (based on the King James Bible). He is financially responsible. I believe he will be a great provider to me and my son. He is a hard worker. He has high intelligence (to match my own) and, therefore, does not feel threatened by my high intelligence–but rather, considers my intelligence an asset and encourages me to develop my talents and capabilities and welcomes my input, suggestions and thoughts. He genuinely appreciates my contributions to his work and goals, and enthusiastically embraces my intellectual and emotional support toward his goals and dreams, and this makes me feel that I am an indispensable part of his life and a valued member of his team. He is a great team player with me and Vladimir and I make a great team. He is passionate. He has a sense of humor. I like his Russian/German combination. The Russian side gives him an artistic appreciation, so that he values and deeply appreciates my artistic and literary achievements–like my writings and my appreciation of classical music and of creative endeavors. Many of my favorite writings and musical compositions are Russian–like Leo Tolstoy’s War and Peace and Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov’s musical compositions and I feel he can “feel” the music and “feel” the emotional depths of great writings and artistic achievements–this is something I desire in a mate, since I am deeply artistic and creative and anyone who marries me and can’t “feel” the artistry in great works of art–will miss an important aspect of my soul and personality. Vladimir seems to have the Russian trait of a deep love and appreciation for great works of art. I, also, have Russian blood and this may be where much of my artistry comes from.
His German side gives him great leadership qualities and courage and vision. In Vladimir, I see a possible future Martin Luther, who was the great German pioneer who had the courage to stand up to the evils in the Roman Catholic empire of his time. I feel Vladimir’s heroism and tremendous courage come from his German side. The only area where he is not brave is with me and I believe that’s because I mean so much to him. I, also, have German blood, and this may be where much of my courage comes from. He is compassionate towards the innocents who suffer under the hand of oppressors, but courageous enough to execute those oppressors. I respect and love who he is as a person and value the contributions he makes to humanity and feel I can assist and support him in his worthy goals.

His wealth or fame, since I am not enamored with wealth or fame, but consider wealth and fame the transitory, unstable and unreliable aspects of this life and feel one should strive for eternal and deeper goals in this life. The fact that he is a President, because I do not feel that a POSITION makes a person. I would never marry a man because of his position alone, but would consider it important that he had all the qualities that I consider essential in a husband. However, I admire the way that Vladimir has handled his Russian Presidency; since he has used his position, not to further selfish or unworthy goals, but to improve the lot of mankind and enhance human rights and justice in the world. His looks or physical appearance alone–since I am more attracted to the manly glow of his spirit, which radiates from his expression, attitudes and demeanor–and these things are not dependent on a muscular physique or a handsome face. Sex alone. I believe that in his mind and soul, he loves me passionately, and though the Jesuits may undermine his lovemaking attempts– as long as his feelings toward me are passionate, even if his body does not cooperate (because of 666-Computer interference)–I can be content. We will have to find ways to express love for each other creatively, in spite of 666-Computer interference.
The fact that I could not get Brent Spiner. Vladimir is just as attractive to me as Brent was/is and is not less valuable to me as a husband than Brent. Brent is a wonderful person and I have utmost respect for Brent. If not for the Jesuits, I believe I would be married to Brent–but I do not feel that Vladimir is second best after Brent. To me, both Brent and Vladimir are equally valuable. I have a promise from God that I will have intimacy with Brent in the Jewish millennium and this has made me feel at peace about my feelings for Brent in this life.

I received a phone call today from a lady named Hester, who claimed to represent the law firm of Gerald Moore & Assoc., at P.O. Box 724087, Atlanta, GA 31139 (1-800-238-8466, Ext. 4429) regarding my Capital One account #5570092132906716 (which Vladimir has paid off). She says I’m going to be summoned to some court date and that I better respond to the summons. I plan on ignoring the summons, unless I get a personal letter from Vladimir that tells me to show up, or unless Vladimir tells me personally to show up. If I receive a summons in the mail, this needs to be investigated as a violation of CONSPIRACY LAW–we aren’t going to ignore this incident. She denied that Vladimir Putin had ever contacted her law firm and wanted to know why I told her to contact the Russian Embassy when she called me before, and wanted to know what Vladimir has to do with the money she alleges I owe on the Capital One account.
I told her that Vladimir is my fiancé. I put her on hold for about three minutes while I looked for the address to her law firm, since she refused to give me the address over the phone. I wanted to know her name, to confirm the address of the law firm she claimed to represent, and her phone number.
Anyways, I recommend that this Hester (along with the IMPOSED PERSON who directed her to call me today) be cross-examined on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS regarding her violation of CONSPIRACY LAW. Hopefully this cross-examination on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS will convince this girl that I am the fiancé of Vladimir Putin.
And Vladimir needs to take serious measures with Capital One–probably write a letter to the President or chief executive of Capital One and threaten that chief executive with a criminal harassment lawsuit and/or criminal involvement with terrorist conspiracies (with possible death penalty)–just like I recommended with Chrysler Financial (see 4-3-04 statement).
Vladimir, I want you to contact the President or Chief Executive of Capital One (P.O. Box 85147, Richmond, VA 23285-5147–you might be able to find a better address) and send him/her a STOP HARASSMENT ORDER. This order will be worded like the following. You can consult with your attorneys and make it better. I’m just giving you some guidelines. This STOP HARASSMENT ORDER (both to Capital One’s President and to Chrysler Financial’s President–see 4-3-04 statement) will be broadcast and published on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
WRITE THE PRESIDENT OF CAPITAL ONE A STOP HARASSMENT ORDER WRITTEN IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER–make sure to receive proof that the President of CAPITAL ONE has received any and all legal correspondence which you send him:
Your company is to send me proof that I have paid off any financial obligations which Gail owes on her Capital One–Kmart account #5570092132906716. If you neglect to send me this proof (since I have paid off Gail’s account), then you will be sued for criminal harassment and will be prosecuted for violations of CONSPIRACY LAWS (with possible death penalty and public execution [with names, dates and times of execution mentioned] on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS).
You (and any direct or indirect representative of your company) are/is under court order to stop harassing Gail regarding payments which you (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) allege she owes your company and are forbidden to charge her any late or penalty charges. If you (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) harasses Gail Schuler regarding any type of credit card payments (including late or penalty charges) which you (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) allege she owes your company, I will sue you (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) for criminal harassment and begin criminal charges against you (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) for violations of CONSPIRACY LAW. You (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) may be required to undergo public cross-examination on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS; and if you (or any direct or indirect representative of your company) are found guilty of willing, knowing and deliberate cooperation with terrorist conspiracies, you (or one of your direct or indirect representatives) may be given the death penalty.
Any monies which Gail Schuler mails to you (or your company) as credit card payment must be turned over to me, where I will save this money in a trust fund for Gail Schuler. If you deliberately, knowingly and willingly neglect (within ten days after receipt of any monies which Gail may send you) to turn over to me any monies which Gail mails to you (or your company), I will begin criminal charges against you (or your company) for complicity with terrorist conspiracies (with the possibility of the death penalty) and will sue you (or your company) for the intent to criminally harass (or for the actual criminal harassment of) Gail Schuler.
I also want a poll to be taken among the Russian and Chinese people regarding how they feel about the underground 666-Computer bunkers in their countries which are being used to attack me. See Sect. 18 of CONSPIRACY LAWS AND GOVERNMENT. Specifically, ask the people (in this poll) what punishment they’d recommend for those persons who are using underground 666-Computer bunkers to attack me (via 666-Computer LOOPHOLE PROGRAMMING). When the poll results come in, we will publish/broadcast the results on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS (giving percentages of those who answered for each answer or response) and will respect the wishes of the Russian and Chinese people regarding what the majority of the Russians and Chinese want done to those persons who attack me with underground 666-Computers with illegal LOOPHOLE PROGRAMMING.
Just came back from my walk (time is about 8:20 p.m.) and my mother answered the phone when I was out. She told me when I came in from my walk that Mrs. Norris from Chrysler Financial called and wanted me to call her at 1-800-955-9096, Ext. 7519 before 9:30 p.m. Vladimir, you know what to do. I’m not returning the call. I told mother that I had already talked with Chrysler Financial and that they know my situation and that, apparently, there is a miscommunication. I plan to send them a car payment, which they better send to Vladimir. Anyways, Vladimir rip their hides off. They shouldn’t call me and, apparently, they are brazenly violating your STOP HARASSMENT ORDER.
