Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (3-9-2004)

I have just written new VOTING LAWS in my CONSPIRACY LAWS AND GOVERNMENT document. See Sect. 8 of CONSPIRACY LAWS AND GOVERNMENT. These are important laws because we have to deal with the difficult issue of how to deal with UNWILLING AGENTS in an election.
I would like a poll on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS to be taken among people of the world (conduct the poll country by country) regarding how they feel about these new VOTING laws which I wrote.
After this poll is conducted, broadcast the percentage of those who are in favor of my new VOTING LAWS and THEN broadcast the percentage of those who are against my new VOTING LAWS. Use guidelines from Sect. 8.76 of CONSPIRACY LAWS AND GOVERNMENT in conducting this poll.
RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS may allow a debate about the new voting laws on the broadcast, I will allow the executive producers of RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS to decide how to present this debate–maybe Bill O’Reilly of FOX News will moderate. I expect support from around the world over these new voting laws, because I think people are very concerned about how UNWILLING AGENTS could unfairly affect the outcome of an election.
If I am correct that the world supports my laws, I want this verified and publicized by polls (which we will broadcast on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS). Present a country by country analysis about reaction to my new voting laws. Show what percentage of people in each country support (or are against) my new voting laws. Make sure to present the percentage of Russians who support (or are against) my new voting laws, since a major Russian Presidential election is right around the corner.
Next, ask the Jesuit leader(s) how they feel about my new VOTING LAWS (under 666-Computer lie-detection and amnesia-detection) and then present the results of this cross-examination of the Jesuit leader(s) (regarding my new VOTING LAWS) on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS. If it is determined that the Jesuit leader(s) are against the new voting laws, publicly cross-examine them on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS to determine why they are against the new voting laws.
Next, ask Vladimir Putin and his political opponents, George W. Bush and U.S. Presidential candidate John Kerry about how they feel about my new VOTING LAWS (under 666-Computer lie-detection and amnesia-detection) and present the results of this cross-examination on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS can include other prominent or influential people in the cross-examination questions regarding how these people feel about my new voting laws.
All cross-examination questioning on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS about how people feel about my new voting laws will be conducted under 666-Computer lie-detection and amnesia-detection.
Any (direct or indirect) deliberate, knowing and willing attempt by anyone (involved in the polling about my new voting laws for RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS) to present (or to cause to present) any false, misleading or inaccurate poll results to be presented on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS about my new voting laws– will bring the death penalty as a JESUIT CONSPIRATOR to that person.
Because I have written these voting laws, I will not vote in the upcoming U.S. Presidential elections. I desire to maintain a neutral stance. I am not endorsing any candidate for U.S. President.
