Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (2-26-2004)

Have Vladimir draft a letter to my mom and step-dad, Bill Fuller, worded like this:
Dear xxxxx and Bill Fuller:
Your daughter, Gail, assists me in writing laws which are passed in countries all over the world when she works on the computer. Gail often drafts her laws in the morning on her bed and then she goes to her computer to type them into the computer so I can retrieve them. Her assistance in this matter is essential and very valuable in the war against terrorism. In fact, I would say that her work on the computer is as valuable as a President’s job. For this reason, please do not disturb Gail (unless it is an emergency) when she works on the computer. The laws which she writes are very difficult and require concentration and the laws she has written have helped me greatly in the war against terrorism.
I have the capability to immediately retrieve any and all documents which she types on the computer and I do this because she types laws which I use in the war against terrorism. The laws she types are brilliantly written and have been effective and I value her assistance–in fact, her assistance is essential.
Her assistance has been so valuable that Harvard University has awarded Gail an honorary law degree and I enclose a diploma from Harvard which they have granted to Gail Schuler to honor her outstanding work in law which has been of great help in the war against terrorism. You do not need to show Gail this diploma, unless you want to, but I would like you to know that she has been honored for her legal work. Gail is not out for fame and she works tirelessly to assist me. In fact, she has been writing volumes of laws for me on the computer since May 2003 and I pass them into law (and most countries of the world, including Russia, have adopted her laws), and I have incorporated many of her lawmaking suggestions before May 2003.
When Bill gave her the computer in 2003, he did not know that she would use the computer to write laws. Gail did not know she would either. She just started writing laws in May of 2003 on her computer and I discovered she was good at it and decided to use her laws. The result has been that countries all over the world (including the United States) have implemented her laws and we would fare far worse in this war against terrorism without her valuable assistance.
You may wonder why I have not married her yet or have not paid her what she’s worth. Unfortunately, there is a powerful and extremely wealthy organization out there called the Jesuit Order of the Roman Catholic Church who fiercely oppose our war against terrorism. In fact, I have determined that the Jesuit Order is the chief sponsor of terrorism all over the world and they use horrifying and powerful computer and satellite technology to assist them in their efforts. And because Gail and I are so damaging to the goals of the Jesuit Order, they fiercely oppose my marriage to her and the laws which Gail writes on the computer. Because of their fierce and fanatical opposition to me and to Gail, it has been tremendously difficult for me to marry Gail or to give her the financial assistance which she requires. Though it is my goal to marry her and to give her the money she deserves. It’s just that I want to do so in a manner which is safest for her and for you. I do not want the contents of this letter to be publicized (because the Jesuits could use that publicity against our war against terrorism), but I feel you deserve to be aware of the importance of the work that Gail does on the computer for me. The Jesuits make things tremendously difficult for me. This organization has the technological capability to takeover people and animals’ brains and to manipulate them like robots and this organization has the capability (using very advanced computer and satellite technology) to give people amnesia so that they forget very important events in their life. We are working diligently to overcome their capabilities in this area. Gail’s laws have been of great assistance in this matter, for her laws have given us the legal clout to do what we need to do to wrest control away from the Jesuit Order with this horrifying technology which they use on people.
I allow Gail to go look for employment in order to downplay her legal assistance towards me, because the Jesuits have tried to orchestrate conspiracies which revolve around her legal assistance. Eventually, I hope to be able to pay her directly for her valuable assistance.

I feel we need to educate the public on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS about how the Jesuits use the 666-Computer (via satellite) to takeover a person’s brain and use them as an UNWILLING AGENT. Have a programmer on the broadcast explain how certain types of programs have been set up (by the Jesuits) in a person’s 666-Computer program so that satellite technology can be used to overcome a PLP and manipulate people like robots. Explain what we’re doing to try to overcome this problem and go into the science involved to educate people about the extent of the problem (mention percentages of the population which are vulnerable and mention those SIGNIFICANT PERSONs [including my mother] who are vulnerable to the Jesuits’ robot manipulation). Mention where we are vulnerable (so that the Jesuits can wrest control away from our PLPs) and the areas (or opportunities) where Jesuits are able to reclaim an UNWILLING AGENT. Emphasize that we are doing our best to overcome the Jesuits’ capabilities in this area, explain the science involved and that we are trying to overcome the Jesuits’ capabilities in this area. You may want to mention that we are having serious problems with Gail’s mother, who is being continually used as an UNWILLING AGENT–mention the science and technology which we are dealing with and the progress we are making in freeing Gail’s mother from the clutches of the Jesuits (who have mastery over much of Gail’s mother’s brain). Make sure to execute any IMPOSED PERSONs who take over my mother’s brain and have the times and dates of these executions mentioned on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS. All these IMPOSED PERSONs are violating my CONSPIRACY LAWS.
Also, show evidence on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS that my Plymouth Voyager has been paid off. If any IMPOSED PERSON uses an UNWILLING AGENT to draw attention to my car (in any manner–perhaps by calling me to harass me about car payments) in order to promote a conspiracy, that IMPOSED PERSON will make a CONFESSION STATEMENT on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS and then after they make their CONFESSION STATEMENT, they will receive the death penalty as a JESUIT CONSPIRATOR.
Any IMPOSED PERSON, who knowingly, willingly and deliberately uses an UNWILLING AGENT (who is a SIGNIFICANT PERSON) to draw attention to a SIGNIFICANT PERSON’s ethnography and/or who uses this UNWILLING AGENT in order to draw attention to or to orchestrate a conspiracy, will give a CONFESSION STATEMENT and will then receive the death penalty as a JESUIT CONSPIRATOR.
