Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (1-7-2004)

Time is 9 a.m. The Russian government, as a result of an AUDIT REPORT done on Italy’s PLP network, has decided to cancel the Italian PLP network. For changes and additions to my CONSPIRACY LAWS today, refer to INTERNATIONAL PLP-NETWORK CONFIGURATIONS (Sections 46.0, 13.0 and 35.0). Poland will have 666-Computer control of Italian citizens. The Scandinavian countries of Norway, Finland and Denmark will take Italy’s place for the U.S. citizens.
Time is 12:34 p.m. We are removing Sweden’s PLP network from 666-Computer control over the American citizens. Already, we are having significant problems with Sweden’s PLP network on the Americans. However, we have not decided to cancel the Swedish PLP network, we are just removing it off of the American citizens. Also, Russia feels it is in the best interest of the world that the Swedish government be given BRANCH COUNTRY status, so this has been done today. I received a letter in the mail today from the Dept. of Children and Families in regard to a job I applied for. It is signed by Brenda Carlson. I made a copy off of the copy machine in this house. Unfortunately, satellite interference has ruined the copy somewhat. You can retrieve the copy and see what I got in the mail today. I want CONSPIRACY, FINANCIAL and EMOTIONAL HISTORIES done on Brenda Carlson and on all (including postal workers) involved (directly and indirectly) in the delivery of this letter which I received today from the Dept. of Children and Families. The timing of this letter and the organization that it’s from (Dept. of Children and Families) seems designed to draw attention to my ethnography, David Schuler’s ethnography, Erich Schuler’s ethnography and Vladimir Putin’s ethnography. David Schuler was going to use the Dept. of Children and Families to collect child support from me. Those found guilty of willingly and knowingly trying to draw attention to any SIGNIFICANT PERSON’s ethnography will get the death penalty.
This morning when I went with my mother to her doctor at the MIMA clinic in Melbourne, I noticed a television propped up (near the roof) in a corner of the waiting room area at the entrance of the building with FOX News on. Do a CONSPIRACY, FINANCIAL and EMOTIONAL HISTORY on all (directly and indirectly) involved with the set up of this television and on the person(s) who put it on the FOX News channel. This is a new thing. I don’t recall this television being there before, when I visited this clinic previously. Those found guilty of willingly and knowingly trying to draw attention to a SIGNIFICANT PERSON’s ethnography will get the death penalty.

You don’t have to wait for me to write instructions (in my statements) to do a HISTORY. If I think (in my mind) that a HISTORY needs to be done on a person or group– that is sufficient– go ahead and do the HISTORY. In fact, Vladimir Putin can do HISTORIES on anyone he wants (without my permission). I give Vladimir total autonomy to do HISTORIES on whoever he feels he needs to.
I have added Section 9.0 to General 666-Computer Laws in order to deal with Jesuit performances which are designed to harm innocent people. Please refer to this document for this new addition to General 666-Computer Laws.
