Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (1-24-2004)

I will add to my CONSPIRACY LAWS more documentation today. The Jesuits are using notes to extort people into doing what they want (and this note passing and making is evolving into quite a chain before the message reaches its intended target) and the PLPs who have 666-Computer control over these Jesuit note makers and passers (and who can READ THEIR MINDS) are NOT reporting these incidents. It’s obvious that we can’t force people to obey our laws, so we will have to come up with another way to get the intelligence we need (regarding Jesuit plots) other than relying on the “goodness” of the law enforcment people that are required to report Jesuit conspiracy plots to us immediately.
I want to say that I came up with this idea (which is to connect all the mind-reading abilities of the 666-Computer together into one big unit) all on my own–after prayer and Bible reading. No one instructed me (via 666-Computer) how to do this. This idea was a creation from my own mind.
Vladimir has restored most of my brain function (which the Jesuits sabotaged over the years) and my brain is pretty much at the same I.Q. as Howard Hughes. However, Vladimir tells me the Jesuits did quite a lot of damage to my brain and he and the PLPs are still working on restoring my brain to its previous functioning (before the Jesuits sabotaged my brain).
The Jesuits actually removed brain cells from my brain (over the years) in order to reduce my I.Q. But most of my previous brain cells have been restored (thanks to Vladimir and the excellent work of some PLPs who have restored to me much of my previous brain functioning).
Maybe because my brain has recovered some of its brain cells (that were sabotaged over the years) I am able to come up with some brilliant stuff all on my own (without help from anyone else).
The Jesuits did a genetic profile on my brain (back in the 1970s) and determined that my brain is about 90% similar to Howard Hughes. Over the years, the Jesuits removed brain cells from my brain (starting in the 1970s) in order to reduce my I.Q. The Jesuits were concerned because my brain was so uncannily similar to Howard Hughes.
Vladimir and the PLPs who work for us have restored (to me) most of my previous brain cells, so that my brain functioning is closer to what it was (before the Jesuit sabotage of my brain).
In the new documentation which I will write into my CONSPIRACY LAWS today, I will make it mandatory that those who work for the INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE (which I will set up) MUST REPORT ANY JESUIT PLOTS IMMEDIATELY (when they are discovered) and that if they don’t, they will receive the death penalty. Because of the way I am going to set up the intellligence committee, extortion will not be a factor (unless the computers are sabotaged).
Time now is 8:55 a.m. and now I will eat breakfast. I need to orient myself to the day. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to go to the computer today to write more laws, but, unfortunately, the Jesuits make it necessary for me to write these laws in order to prevent them from carrying out more plots (in which they want to blame Vladimir or the Germans–who are innocent of these latest “note passing” Jesuit orchestrations). Vladimir and the Germans are the VICTIMS, not the ORCHESTRATORS, of these Jesuit “note passing” plots. These are my own conclusions and no one forced me (in any manner) to write this paragraph.
Time now is about 3 p.m. I have just written Sect. 53 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs which greatly expands the intelligence-gathering capabilities of our international PLP networks. I have given Vladimir significant responsibilities in this area and have allowed Vladimir to assign PLPs to have 666-Computer control over high ranking PLPs (called MONITORING COMMITTEE PLPs) who will monitor high ranking intelligence agents (called COMPUTER-INTEL AGENTS)–I have given Vladimir these responsibilities because he is dependable and reliable, and has had experience as the head of a complex intelligence department. Vladimir was the former head of the Soviet Union’s KJB.

As a result of vast intelligence which we’ve received because of the new laws I wrote today, Vladimir and I have learned of a Harvard Law Professor (a negro) who vehemently opposes Harvard Law School’s decision to grant me an honorary law degree and who planned to publish an article about this in the regular American press (USA TODAY). His reason for opposing Harvard’s decision to grant me an honorary law degree is because he claims I’m a racist. In his article he planned to support his argument that I’m a racist and also to expose other aspects of my private life and my relationship with Vladimir Putin (which I’ve expressly forbidden in my CONSPIRACY LAWS). He planned to use USA TODAY as the newspaper to publish his illegal article. His actions (if he had carried them out) would be a serious violation of my CONSPIRACY LAWS, serious enough to give him the death penalty. In my CONSPIRACY LAWS, I forbid any publicity regarding myself unless it is through RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
Apparently, because this man is negro and a Harvard Law Professor, he planned to make this brazen attempt (knowing that he would not be executed), but would be treated like some other JESUITS (like Howard Dean, for instance).
Here is how I want to handle this negro Harvard Law Professor. First off, we have determined that he is a JESUIT. He will make a CONFESSION STATEMENT on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
After he makes his CONFESSION STATEMENT, if he chooses to do so, we will allow him to publish the article (which he planned to publish in USA TODAY) on the RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS website. We will publish it exactly as he would have published it in USA TODAY. If he desires, we will even read his article on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS with translations into all languages that receive RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
After his article about me is read and/or published on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS–we will invite him to debate with a panel of debaters regarding whether or not I should receive an honorary law degree from Harvard.
Vladimir can choose whoever he wants (or whoever volunteers to show up for the debate) to take part in this debate. To show that I am not a racist, we will allow this Harvard Law professor to publish his article (without any changes to it) on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS and will even allow him to debate a panel regarding whether I should get an honorary law degree from Harvard.
I happen to know that many negroes like me, because I discovered the cure to the AIDS virus which devastated Africa. If it wasn’t for me, half of Africa probably would be dead by now. It will be interesting to see who shows up to debate this Harvard Law Professor. If he needs help to debate the panel (which will oppose him), he can invite anyone he wants to help him debate the panel which will oppose his opinion.
All those involved in the debate must be willing to have their FINANCIAL, CONSPIRACY and EMOTIONAL HISTORIES published and/or broadcast on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS. We want the audience to know the background of all debaters.
All debaters who show up to debate this Harvard Law Professor must state under 666-Computer lie-detection that they came of their own free will and were not bribed or coerced to show up for the debate (over whether I should receive an honorary law degree from Harvard).
I expect an INTERESTING DEBATE.
Of course, if the negro Harvard Law Professor wants to bail out of publishing his article and/or the debate, we will give him that option. We don’t coerce anyone–we just arrest criminals. I call him the negro Harvard Law Professor because I don’t know his name.
By the way, if he publishes any article about me in any news media besides RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS, he gets the death penalty as a JESUIT CONSPIRATOR.
