Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (1-1-2004)

After prayer, I have decided that for the American citizens (who are not JESUIT CONSPIRATORS), the Russian government will use mostly the PLP network of Italy. All American citizens of Jewish descent will be under the 666-Computer control of Italy’s PLP network. My sister, Sandra Metcalf, will be under the 666-Computer control of Italy’s PLP network.
I have a good relationship with Italy and I have honored Italy by learning their language. Though, I will admit, that I have lost my Italian language books and forgotten much of the language.
To cover the rest of the American population –for those Americans who are not JESUIT CONSPIRATORS (Iran covers the American JESUIT CONSPIRATORS) and who cannot be under the 666-Computer control of Italy’s PLP network– the Russian government will use the PLP networks of Spain, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile to cover the rest of the American population.
So. . .those Americans who are JESUIT CONSPIRATORS will be under the 666-Computer control of Iran’s PLP network.
The rest of the American citizens will be under the 666-Computer control of–first and foremost–Italy. And then for those Americans that we cannot cover under Italy’s PLP network, we will use the PLP networks of Spain, Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile.
Those American citizens (like myself) who are SIGNIFICANT PERSONS will be put under the 666-Computer control of any country which Vladimir chooses to use. SIGNIFICANT PERSONs do not have to be under the 666-Computer control of Italy, Spain, Uruguay, Paraguay or Chile–but can be under the 666-Computer control of any country that Vladimir wishes to place them under.
Though we are experiencing problems with Russia’s PLP network, we will continue to use Russia’s PLP network on the Russian people–since the Russian people would definitely prefer to be under the 666-Computer control of their own people. I do not feel the Russians would be amenable to having their minds and bodies under the 666-Computer control of Spain or Italy. Russia does not have a significant Spanish speaking population as does the United States.
America has a strong Hispanic population. So, I feel this set-up (which I recommended in this statement) will work well for the United States. America’s Spanish speaking population should not object to being under the 666-Computer control of Italy, because Italy, like all Spanish speaking countries, is a Roman Catholic country.
I want to emphasize that Russia will not allow the country of Mexico to have 666-Computer control over American citizens. The reason for this is because Howard Hughes was murdered by Mexico’s PLP network and, for this reason, Mexico is not a wise choice. In fact, I won’t even use the Central American countries (because they are next door to Mexico).
If there are any negro PLPs that are in Italy, Spain, Uruguay or Paraguay’s PLP network (that are being used as PLPs on American citizens) we will make sure to use their services. Their biographies will be highlighted on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.

Time now is 2:08 p.m. I have decided to cancel the United Kingdom’s PLP network. The Russian government will no longer use the PLP network of the United Kingdom. Instead, Ireland’s PLP network will have 666-Computer control over all of the United Kingdom and of Ireland. Vladimir and I have determined that Jesuit infiltration into the United Kingdom’s PLP network is very severe and we cannot use the PLP network of the United Kingdom. Vladimir and I have made this determination (to cancel the United Kingdom’s PLP network) after hearing about the recent problems regarding jets flying from London’s Heathrow airport to Washington D.C.’s Dulles airport. Russia will work with the British government to revamp their PLP network☛ (see Section 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
Any negro PLPs that we use from Ireland’s PLP network will be highlighted on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
Also, every time that Pres. Bush or Vladimir Putin visits England, a strong Jesuit presence makes itself known in the United Kingdom–so the Jesuit penetration into the United Kingdom is quite severe. This indicates that the PLP network of the United Kingdom is treacherous to use and to depend on. Therefore, the Russian government cancels its use of the United Kingdom’s PLP network. Any medical worker (who is a citizen of the United Kingdom) who gets near or uses (directly or indirectly) a 666-Computer will be given the death penalty.
Iran and/or Ireland’s PLP network will be used to have 666-Computer control over those citizens of the United Kingdom who are determined to be JESUIT CONSPIRATORS. The United Kingdom has a heavy Muslim population, so the use of Iran may be wise for those who are JESUIT CONSPIRATORS in the United Kingdom. We will work with Tony Blair in this matter.

Mexico’s PLP network has been cancelled by the Russian government. All Mexican citizens will be under the 666-Computer control of Spain’s PLP network. Russia will work with Mexico to revamp her PLP network (see Sect. 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
Iraq’s PLP network has been cancelled by the Russian government. All Iraqi citizens will be under the 666-computer control of Iran’s PLP network. Russia will work with Iraq to revamp Iraq’s PLP network (see Sect. 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
The Palestinians in Israel will be under the control of Iran’s PLP network–they will not be under the 666-Computer control of Israel’s PLP network.
Pakistan’s PLP network has been cancelled by the Russian government. All Pakistani citizens will be under the 666-Computer control of India’s PLP network. Russia will work with Pakistan to revamp Pakistan’s PLP network (see Sect. 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
North Korea’s PLP network has been cancelled by the Russian government. All North Koreans will be under the 666-Computer control of South Korea’s PLP network. Russia will work with North Korea to revamp North Korea’s PLP network (see Section 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
Turkey’s PLP network has been cancelled by the Russian government. All Turkish citizens will be under the 666-Computer control of Israel’s PLP network. Russia will work with Turkey to revamp Turkey’s PLP network (see Section 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
Syria’s PLP network has been cancelled by the Russian government. All Syrian citizens will be under the 666-computer control of Saudi Arabia’s PLP network. Russia will work with Syria (if she can) to revamp Syria’s PLP network (see Section 12 of 666-Computer Laws for PLPs).
Russia will present the evidence for her reasons to cancel the PLP networks of the United States, the United Kingdom, Iraq, Turkey, Mexico, Pakistan, Syria, and North Korea on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS. All of the countries listed as CANCELLED COUNTRIES are countries whose PLPs continually disobey our instructions. Russia will also present the evidence on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS for why she has chosen the DESIGNATED NATIONS which she has, to have 666-Computer control over the CANCELLED NATIONS. The DESIGNATED NATIONS (India, Iran, Spain, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Ireland) were chosen for their specific CANCELLED COUNTRIES because it was felt that these DESIGNATED COUNTRIES’ PLP networks would have the most interest in cooperating with our guidelines because of the particular CANCELLED COUNTRY which we assigned to that DESIGNATED COUNTRY. We tried to pick the most “peace inducing” matches.
Vladimir and I have determined that in the Pakistan/India conflict that it is usually Pakistan that is the troublemaker between the two nations, and so we wanted to give India a chance to show her goodwill toward the Pakistani people.
If we have chosen to list a nation as a CANCELLED COUNTRY, this is not a condemnation of the people in that nation, but is rather a condemnation of that nation’s PLP network. And we feel it is in the best interest of that CANCELLED COUNTRY’s people, that we insure that those who have 666-Computer control over them will strive to protect the people of that CANCELLED COUNTRY rather than harm them. You must realize that many of these CANCELLED COUNTRY’s PLP networks have been murdering their own people. An example of this is in Pakistan where Vladimir and I believe the Pakistanis are using their own PLP network to assist them in murdering the Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf. So, in many cases, we have cancelled a country’s PLP network in order to protect the people of that cancelled country. We have concluded that the people in these CANCELLED COUNTRIES would be better off with a PLP network over them that is another country’s.
Vladimir has informed me (via 666-Computer) that there are attempts by citizens of CANCELLED COUNTRIES to takeover 666-Computers by force. Try to get a FINANCIAL, CONSPIRACY and EMOTIONAL HISTORY on these people who attempt to takeover a 666-Computer by force. Highlights from these HISTORIES will be presented on RUSSIAN BROADCAST NEWS.
All conclusions and decisions which I’ve come to in this statement are my own with no influence from anyone else except from Vladimir Putin. I do watch the news to see what the terrorists are up to, but that is the extent of the influence which the news media has over my decisions. Vladimir has more influence on me than anyone else. My mom and Bill Fuller do not influence me at all in anything that I write in these statements, nor does anyone else–except Vladimir Putin. However, I would like to state that Vladimir highly regards my opinion and gives me minimal input. Most conclusions are my own. Vladimir just tells me what is happening and allows me to make my own decisions. He INFORMS me, but encourages me to think for myself.

I have added Sections 21 & 22 to the RCL:ST document. This is to help us find a way to determine WHO is orchestrating these earthquakes. I decided to add Sections 21 and 22 to the RCL:ST document after hearing about the earthquake that hit Mexico City today. This earthquake business by the Jesuits must be stopped. It would help if we could find WHO is behind the MANIPULATING SIGNALS (which create the earthquakes) and that is my purpose for writing Sections 21 & 22 in the RCL:ST document.
Anyone who uses satellite technology to produce any MANIPULATING SIGNAL (see RCL:ST) should get the death penalty. The only purpose for a MANIPULATING SIGNAL is to harm people. Let’s leave the manipulating (or changing the chemical composition of substances via satellite) to God. Whoever is doing this, is a mad scientist who likes to “play God”. We absolutely CONDEMN THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY and will mete out the death penalty to this arrogant and monstrous mad scientist. Some monster out there enjoys creating earthquakes that targets large population areas with poor housing–and the death toll from these earthquakes [which target vulnerable areas of the world] is devastating–not to mention the financial devastation.
In the meanwhile, have our NANOTECHNOLOGY RESEARCH TEAM research ways to detect the sources of MANIPULATING SIGNALS. Also, have them research ways to stop or foil MANIPULATING SIGNALS.
