Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (11-24-2003)
11-24-03 Bemerkungen über 1-18-02 Tatbestand
I have modified Sect. 77.13 in Russian Reproductive Laws but haven’t had time to modify 77.13 in my other CONSPIRACY LAW documents, but just consider it done–because I will do it later, when I have time.
I have also added Sect. 11 to 666-Computer Laws for PLPs and made other modifications–see end of documents for my initials, dates and changes made.
I have faxed, mailed and sent on-line three applications for employment today.
For every job or school or class I apply for, have applied for, and will apply for in the future–every other person who applies for the same position should be put under 666-Computer surveillance, and should have complete FINANCIAL HISTORIES done and these histories should be updated daily and/or hourly. Not only should those who apply for the same position as myself be required to undergo FINANCIAL HISTORIES, but all those who apply for positions (where they would end up as my co-workers or classmates) also need to have FINANCIAL HISTORIES done. In fact, EVERYONE in the organization that I will be involved with should have FINANCIAL HISTORIES done. The reason I ask for this, is that it has been my experience that every job or class I get involved with, the Jesuits flood the organization with applicants who are more qualified (or appear more qualified) than I am to create the impression that I am not qualified to get the job or that favoritism was shown in hiring me or allowing me in. I want evidence that I am being INTENSELY TARGETED, and this evidence can be obtained with FINANCIAL HISTORIES. After FINANCIAL HISTORIES are done (as I requested in this paragraph), the results from the histories will be broadcast on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS.
I have just typed the resume that I will use to apply for U.S. federal jobs. However, I would like to state in this legal document, that I do not permit the U.S. federal government (if I am hired) to give information from my records to public or private organizations including news media that grant or publicize employee recognition and awards. This is included in a PRIVACY AND PUBLIC BURDEN STATEMENT which came with some printouts I got from the Office of Personnel Management. Please inform President Bush to make it plain that I DO NOT WANT ANY NEWS MEDIA COVERING ME EXCEPT RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS, and that Vladimir and I may sue any other news media that covers me. I will not take a U.S. federal job if it means I have to agree to what I underlined in this paragraph. I also don’t want my social security number used for authorized Federal and nonfederal agencies for use in computer matching. See Applying for a Federal Job (OF 510).
