Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (11-21-2003)

Vladimir has informed me (via 666-Computer) that President Bush has issued an order (under his power as Commander-in-Chief) that ALL American PLPs must undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY. The Jesuits are furious at Bush and are now demanding that all news media outlets report this as a news item. Because the death penalty will be meted out for any reporting of any news items that pertain to me (though I only allow RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS to report about me), the regular news media outlets refuse to cover this. The Jesuits are making a stink out of this. I want all activities of Jesuits and their agents (who are putting pressures on the news media to report that Pres. Bush has ordered all American PLPs to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY) to be reported about in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. The reason Vladimir and I desire to keep me low-profile and out of the regular press, is because all attempts by Jesuits to bring me into the limelight (through regular news media outlets) are attempts to murder me and to frame Putin with my murder. That is why Vladimir and I INSIST that only RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS report about me.
As Dr. Peter Ruckman says, “The press will get you killed.”
In RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS we will report the Jesuits’ side of their arguments (in this debate over whether the regular news media should report about Pres. Bush’s decision to force all American PLPs to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY).
So, if anyone is interested in hearing all sides to this debate, tune in to RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. I recommend Bill O’ Reilly and Greta Van Susteren of FOX NEWS be the moderators for this debate. They will be the guest moderators on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS and they will conduct the debates in English (we will translate into other languages for the international viewers). I have watched these two commentators from the established news media and they tend to be more professional than the rest. Just because I recommend Bill O’ Reilly and Greta Van Susteren does not mean I ENDORSE FOX NEWS, it means I endorse Bill O’ Reilly and Greta Van Susteren. I have seen many commentators on FOX NEWS who I felt were Jesuit agents. However, in order to quell any arguments by Jesuits that the regular press (since we will allow Bill O’ Reilly and Greta Van Susteren of the REGULAR PRESS to moderate this particular news item on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS) is not airing Pres. Bush’s decision to force all American PLPs to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY, I will permit selected members of the press to appear on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. There aren’t very many from the regular press I would recommend, but Bill O’Reilly and Greta Van Susteren have been consistently good in all the time I’ve observed them (so far), so I recommend them. If the Jesuits want other issues (in which my name may need to be brought up) discussed in the established American news media and claim that this is something that should be covered in the established press, just invite Bill O’Reilly and/or Greta Van Susteren back onto RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS as guest moderators to deal with whatever issues the Jesuits want to make a stink over. I trust Vladimir’s judgment in these matters and he can feel free to invite Bill or Greta back whenever he feels the need to do so. Of course, we will pay Bill and Greta for their services. RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS is a professional news organization. Because of the way and manner in which RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS was created and set up, Vladimir and I feel that we can trust RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS to report about me in a manner which will not encourage Jesuits to use the publicity (from RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS) to frame Putin for my murder, so we only allow RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS to report about me.
I am tired today and my PLP was doing strange things to me last night and I was up most of the night. Vladimir has been doing his best to insure I will be safe from attacks by PLPs. Even though it is far more difficult for Jesuits to communicate with PLPs now (since all PLPs are required to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY), all PLPs know that if they harm me (in a manner which would be legally successful for the Jesuits), that they will get a pay-off from Jesuits (and it’s common knowledge that the Jesuits are filthy rich), so many PLPs are just acting on their own (without Jesuit direction)–knowing that if they do well, the Jesuits will contact them and offer them a pay-off. HOWEVER, VLADIMIR AND I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THESE ATTEMPTS AND THE DEATH PENALTY WILL STILL BE METED OUT. Unfortunately, I am world famous and everyone knows what the Jesuits have tried to do to me.

I anticipate that the Jesuits will continue to create conspiracies and to blame Putin’s party or my party for their orchestrations. Probably the best legal defense against this would be to investigate (via 666-Computer) the memories of anyone who is accused of being a conspirator and see if they KNEW (see TERRORIST MONEY LAWS) about this conspiracy. Obviously, if they don’t KNOW about the conspiracy (see TERRORIST MONEY LAWS Sections 5 & 6), how could they be BEHIND IT? The results of these investigations will be reported on in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. I anticipate that we will prove to the world that the Jesuits are a bunch of conspiracy-hunting fanatics who don’t know when to quit. The more stubborn they are, the more we can make them look like a bunch of slobbering-for-money jackasses for their stubbornness–because of the new laws I’ve written regarding CONSPIRACY HISTORIES (see Sect. 5 & 6 of TERRORIST MONEY LAWS).
I have noticed increased interference with my brain and today I almost forgot to initial and document additions to legal documents at the end of the legal document (which I rarely forget to do). It’s very important to do this and I’m quite upset that my enemy has succeeded in undermining me as I do THIS VERY IMPORTANT LEGAL WORK. If I am correct that my PLP deliberately gave me amnesia so that I forgot to document and date the changes I made to my legal document (specifically Sect. 77.13 of my CONSPIRACY LAWS), this doctor needs to go. By allowing me to forget to document these changes, the Jesuits can claim THAT I NEVER MADE THEM AND THAT AN IMPOSTER MADE THEM. That would be the equivalent of giving a surgeon amnesia while he’s operating on a heart patient, so that the surgeon forgets to close a valve on the heart or leaves scissors in the cavity. I believe the Jesuits are attacking my brain so that I cannot effectively perform my functions as Vladimir Putin’s most important attorney on his legal team. They are undermining my brain, so that I cannot effectively represent him legally. This needs to be dealt with by meting out the death penalty, because my legal responsibilities are very important, and should not be undermined by a bunch of murdering physician thugs. Any PLP who is willing to undermine me as an attorney IN THIS VERY IMPORTANT LEGAL CASE (WHICH COULD DETERMINE WHETHER RUSSIA AND THE U.S. REMAIN FREE COUNTRIES) is a physician with a heart full of KILLING GREED, who has NO CONSCIENCE AND WHO WOULD MURDER FOR THE JESUITS. THAT DOCTOR IS A COLD BLOODED KILLER–EXECUTE HIM. I very possibly have the most important legal job in the world. NOTHING SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO INTERFERE WITH MY ABILITY TO CONCENTRATE AS I WRITE LEGAL DOCUMENTS.
