Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (11-18-2003)

Any person (directly or indirectly) involved in any employment that I apply for (like Human Resources offices and managers, supervisors, etc.) should undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY.
Also, get a FINANCIAL HISTORY on all those who create and manage the websites (especially websites designed to assist job seekers) for the organizations where I look for work. Some of these websites seem rigged to frame myself and Vladimir Putin.
Also, any persons involved in any of the firing, transfer, and hiring done (including those recently fired, hired or transferred within these organizations) within the past month in these organizations (where I am currently looking for work) need to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY.
I request this because I sense Jesuits are orchestrating conspiracies in all organizations where I look for work and unless we expose what the Jesuits are doing, then the Jesuits can claim that Vladimir Putin is behind these conspiracies, when, in fact, these conspiracies are Jesuit-orchestrated to FRAME PUTIN.
ANY INFORMATION WE FIND FROM THE FINANCIAL HISTORIES, if it results in a conviction of a JESUIT CONSPIRATOR and shows Jesuit involvement, can be published in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS or in my statements.
It is essential that ALL PLPs be licensed (that they are required to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY). The problem we have now is that if even one PLP in a chain is a Jesuit agent. That JESUIT PRACTITIONER can use extortion to obtain cooperation from any PLP he can get under the control of his 666-Computer. It is easy to get a PRIMARY PLP (this is the practitioner who is directly monitoring and manipulating a person via 666-Computer) under the control of a JESUIT PRACTITIONER because the connections between the computers are so quick (they go at split second speed). A PLP has a PLP who controls him, and then some PLP controls that PLP, and then a PLP controls that PLP and so on and so forth–it’s A CHAIN and a computer NETWORK. Each PLP is manipulated by a PLP and this results in a chain. One weak link (JESUIT PRACTITIONER) in the chain ruins it. That JESUIT PRACTITIONER can use a combination of bribery and extortion to obtain cooperation from any PLP he/she can get under his control THROUGH THE CHAIN or COMPUTER NETWORK. It may be 100 links away, but with modern technology, the connection can be made in a matter of seconds. So, let’s say the PLP who manipulates me has a clean FINANCIAL HISTORY, but a PLP 100 connections away can communicate with the PRIMARY PLP (the one who directly manipulates me).
That JESUIT PRACTITIONER can make a deal like this to my PRIMARY PRACTITIONER: “If you don’t kill Gail Schuler, then I’ll kill you and it will be set up to make it appear that Putin executed you because you disobeyed his instructions. But, if you succeed in killing Gail, we’ll pay you a billion dollars.” Well, you can almost guess what choice that PRIMARY PRACTITIONER is going to make. And Vladimir Putin will have to execute that PLP (even though he is an extortion victim) because if Vladimir doesn’t, then that PLP will kill me.
In those cases, where we have to execute a PLP (who is a VICTIM OF EXTORTION BY A JESUIT PRACTITIONER)–it is essential that we also execute the JESUIT PRACTITIONER who extorted him. Also, in cases like this, we will mention in the (executed and extorted) PLP’s FINANCIAL HISTORY, that this PLP sadly was an extortion victim (explain how the extortion took place and ALL who were responsible for the extortion, and show where more information and evidence can be found about this in my statements–like a website or something–in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS). If we publicize these cases where we have to execute PLPs (who were extorted by JESUIT PRACTITIONERS in the chain above them), it will bolster our argument that it is essential that EVERY PLP IN A COUNTRY UNDERGO A FINANCIAL HISTORY.
If there ever is a case where a PRIMARY PRACTITIONER is executed by a JESUIT PRACTITIONER because this PRIMARY PRACTITIONER resisted a JESUIT PRACTITIONER’s bribe and extortion attempt–make this a BIG HEADLINE in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. The news blurb will mention where more information can be found about the PRIMARY PRACTITIONER’S murder by Jesuits. Make sure all this is backed up with evidence and documentation (which can be easily found in my statements or on Putin’s website).
The only way to solve this problem (of murders via the 666-Computer) is that EVERY PLP IN A COUNTRY must undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY. There can be no weak link (JESUIT PRACTITIONER) in the chain.
THE JESUIT PRACTITIONERS (WHO CAN COMMUNICATE IN ANY WAY) WITH OTHER PRACTITIONERS ARE VERY DANGEROUS AND MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THE 666-COMPUTER AT ALL!! It is essential that we eliminate all JESUIT PRACTITIONERS from the chain, or else the whole chain is contaminated. The best way to filter out the JESUIT PRACTITIONERS is to require ALL PLPs to undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY. And those who do not undergo a FINANCIAL HISTORY will be considered UNLICENSED and ILLEGAL, and will suffer the consequences I outline for unlicensed PLPs in my CONSPIRACY LAWS!!
Jesuits have been giving me a lot of amnesia lately. We will not tolerate this. Mete out the death penalty (according to my conspiracy laws). They’re also giving me voice trouble and causing my voice to sound trembly. I believe the 666-Computer was used to take away my singing voice (which used to be fantastic)–so this computer can ruin and manipulate a person’s voice. They may be doing this to make me appear nervous about Putin. I’m not nervous about Putin. I’m mad at him because he hasn’t gotten me yet and I’ve told him that I’m mad at him many times (the past couple days). He wants everything to be perfect. I told him that the Jesuits will see to it that there are always problems and that he just needs to come and get me. The Jesuits killed his 1st wife and he has hang-ups about that. He’s still not over it. At the rate he’s going, he will NEVER COME GET ME. The Jesuits will always find a way to make him nervous about getting me. He’s going to have to take some chances.
Because the Jesuits are increasing their activities and I don’t have time to write about all their activities in my statements, I give Vladimir permission to investigate and legally prosecute any conspiracy activities that I notice and think about “in my mind” as being possible Jesuit conspiracies. For instance, as I weeded today, airplanes flew right over me and I was thinking that the Jesuits were responsible for that. Last night, I spent two hours going to the bathroom and I was thinking that the Jesuits were responsible for that. If, after I think that something is a Jesuit conspiracy, and Vladimir investigates the matter and uncovers any important information, he may broadcast this information via RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS, even if I never write about the incident in my statements or legal writings. So, my suspicions (via my thoughts) that there’s a possible Jesuit conspiracy (regarding something I observe or think about), will be the trigger that will often start investigations and prosecutions (and could result in a broadcast and/or publication in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS)–and this permission to use my thoughts as the trigger to start investigations, prosecutions, searches, etc. is given RETROACTIVELY as far back as Vladimir wants to go. He doesn’t have to wait until I write about the suspicious incident in my statements. If, after investigation, he uncovers a Jesuit conspiracy, and wants to expose the Jesuit conspiracy in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS, he can transcribe and/or broadcast my thoughts [which he got from 666-Computer readings (connected to what I suspected was a Jesuit conspiracy)] on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS and doesn’t necessarily have to mention that the transcription came (via mind-reading through the 666-Computer). All he has to do is mention that those were my thoughts, and that’s all he has to say on the broadcast. Also, anytime I think (in my mind) that there’s a possible Jesuit conspiracy occurring, he can also order any necessary FINANCIAL HISTORIES that need to be done (connected to what I “thought” is a possible Jesuit conspiracy), to find the responsible criminals; and can broadcast the results of those FINANCIAL HISTORIES in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS, and can publish those results in my statements or on his website. When broadcast or published on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS, the results of his investigations can just mention the most important items and don’t have to be a word-for-word transcription.
Vladimir can transcribe any of my thoughts, in whole or in part, (which he reads via the 666-Computer) into my statements or onto RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. If it’s a partial transcription, he needs to indicate that it is partial, with ellipses (or whatever is necessary) to make the news accurate and truthful.
He can also transcribe and publish or broadcast (via RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS) any conversations which occur (via 666-Computer) between myself and Vladimir, INCLUDING ANY CONVERSATIONS I EXCHANGE WITH VLADIMIR IMPOSTERS (VIA THE 666-COMPUTER)–he may want to do this to expose the imposters.
By the way, Vladimir does not HAVE to investigate or “act on” everything that I suspect (in my mind) is a Jesuit conspiracy. He only has to investigate what he’s interested in investigating.
Vladimir also has permission to document my emotions at certain times and to make a study out of this, and to present the results of that study in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS or on his website or as addendums to my statements. For instance, if the Jesuits claim that I am attracted to a certain man, Vladimir can investigate my emotional reaction to that man (whenever I deal with that man) and then compile a history of how I react to this man. This EMOTIONAL HISTORY can be analyzed by clinical psychologists and the results of this EMOTIONAL HISTORY presented on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS. Also, if the Jesuits use the 666-Computer to “feed” emotions into me, when I interact or notice this man, this can also be exposed on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS or on his website or in my statements. Also, he can publish my emotional reaction (with comments by a clinical psychologist, if he desires) to ANYTHING or ANY SITUATION (as he gets this information from the 666-Computer) on RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS or on his website or in my statements.
I suggest that Vladimir publicize the results made of studies of his emotional reactions to certain people (like Brent Spiner, for instance), in order to establish that Vladimir is not jealous of Brent or any other man that the Jesuits may claim he is jealous of. The results of this study should be presented in RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS.

You might say, how can you take money from the Vatican to finance RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS? You know how the Vatican gets their money. Well, the U.S. government gets their money from alcohol sales, does this mean that everyone who works for the U.S. government should refuse a paycheck? There is no completely untainted money, if you consider money evil just because (at some time in the past) that money may have been acquired by unethical means. It isn’t the SOURCE of the money that concerns me, it’s WHAT YOU MUST DO TO ACQUIRE THE MONEY THAT IS IMPORTANT.
The reason I have created TERRORIST MONEY LAWS and the FINANCIAL HISTORY document–is because I’m concerned about what people must do to acquire Jesuit money. WHAT A PERSON MUST DO TO ACQUIRE THE MONEY IS OF GREAT CONCERN: JESUIT MONEY IS USED TO BRIBE OR EXTORT PEOPLE TO COOPERATE IN MURDER SCHEMES. IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE JESUIT MONEY, THE PERSON HAS TO COOPERATE IN A MURDER SCHEME.
What Vladimir and I must do to get money from Pope John Paul II for RUSSIAN HEADLINE NEWS is produce a PROFESSIONAL, ETHICAL AND HUMANITARIAN NEWSCAST–A NEWSCAST WHICH PROMOTES ETHICS, HONESTY, AND JUSTICE AND EXPOSES CORRUPTION WITH COURAGE.
On the other hand, the Jesuits USE THEIR MONEY TO PAY PEOPLE TO MURDER OR TO PAY PEOPLE TO COOPERATE IN A MURDER AND TERRORISM CONSPIRACY. THEY USE IT TO BRIBE DOCTORS TO MURDER. And some of this money comes from CHARITIES!! So, if a Jesuit uses money from a GOOD SOURCE to murder, that makes their use of the money GOOD? It isn’t the SOURCE that’s the issue, it’s what people must do TO ACQUIRE THE MONEY that’s the issue.
So, if a U.S. government employee works hard and earns his money honestly, he deserves a paycheck from the U.S. government, even if the U.S. government got the money from selling illegal alcohol (WHICH IS TRUE OF U.S. GOVERNMENT MONEY). The government employee didn’t sell illegal alcohol to earn his money, so it’s not his problem– he worked hard and made an honest living–AGAIN, it’s not the source of the money that is the issue, but WHAT MUST BE DONE TO GET THE MONEY.
Don’t let the Jesuits use sophistry to try to make something good appear evil.
It’s not the source of the money that’s the problem (as long as you don’t SPONSOR any evil source that money comes from), it’s WHAT YOU MUST DO TO ACQUIRE IT that’s the problem (or the virtue).
