Letters to Vladimir Putin About Conspiracy Law (11-12-2003)
11-12-03 Bemerkungen über 1-18-02 Tatbestand
I have made changes and additions to the Russian Reproductive Laws document in Sections 1.3, 1.4, 7.11, 7.31, 7.8, 7.81, 8.0, 14.0 & 15.0. Specifically, I have changed the laws so that the offspring of a reproductive conspiracy is NOT to be informed of his/her true parentage until he/she is 20 years of age. I have also meted out the death penalty for any practitioner who tricks a woman into pregnancy (via a gynecological exam, for instance) using a man’s stolen sperm. I have also instituted the death penalty to any practitioner who reverses a sterilization (for any amount of time) without the sterilized person’s knowledge or consent. Refer to the RRL document for more information about the changes I made.
I would like to say that for all my conspiracy laws where I mete out the death penalty, written confessions (which will be incorporated as part of a JESUIT EXPOSURE ADDENDUM) may be substituted for the death penalty in certain instances. The reason for this, is because the Jesuits may attempt to make a conspiracy out of the executions. I trust Vladimir’s judgment in these matters.
I have had excessive problems with targeted stumbling the past couple days, where my arms, hands, feet or legs seem to bump into things in a directed manner so that specific parts of my body are injured or I hit specific objects (designed to strengthen the Jesuits’ case against Putin). I have sustained several minor injuries already. I seem to easily scratch myself. Therefore, I have cut my nails real short.
Vladimir has informed me (via 666-Computer) that Andrew Pitts’ (see my previous statements) semen was imported to some local gynecologists (here in Melbourne, FL) and that the latest Jesuit plot involved an attempt to get me to visit a gynecologist for an exam and to have the gynecologist implant Andrew Pitts’ sperm into my vagina and to impregnate me. Fortunately, I have not visited any doctors since I have been here and I hope I don’t have to. I don’t trust doctors. Though I have had a tubal ligation and the Jesuits reversed it (via 666-Computer), Vladimir reinstated the sterilization back in the spring of 2003 (via 666-Computer). However, it appears the Jesuits can use the 666-Computer to reverse ANY sterilization within 30 seconds. In other words, the 666-Computer is capable of reversing sterilizations and then reinstating sterilizations within seconds. So, with this astounding and horrifying 666-Computer technology, a sterilization can be undone and reinstated within a matter of seconds. That may be all that’s necessary to induce an involuntary pregnancy. Because Vladimir and I have uncovered this astounding technology, I have changed my Russian Reproductive Laws document to take into account this new knowledge which we have about the 666-Computer’s capabilities. It appears, despite our best efforts, we will not be able to prevent all illegal pregnancies or reproductive political conspiracies, so I have changed the laws to reflect this. Unfortunately, since the 666-Computer can cause “instant” sterilizations and reversals of sterilizations, it is extremely easy for Jesuits to induce illegal pregnancies. I have changed my reproductive laws to discourage this type of criminal activity and to deal with it more wisely when it occurs (which, unfortunately, will happen).
Jesuits have attacked my sleep the past couple days, and I’m tired. Currently, they are attacking my concentration and it is difficult for my mind to stay focused. Vladimir has had tremendous problems with PLPs. Apparently, the medical profession does not attract people of high moral standards.
