The reason I have put in Section 77 at the beginning of all my CONSPIRACY legal documents is to protect the Presidents of countries who genuinely strive for peace, and to condemn those who support terrorism and Jesuits. So I wrote this Section 77 in order to expose the true motives of those who are in a country’s leadership. I don’t want the hard work and brains I put into these laws undermined by shrewd politicians, so Section 77 is a protective measure.

Jesuits have been killing a lot of people with lightning. I believe they do this using satellite technology, that’s why I’ve tightened the noose around criminal satellite or space science practitioners in my RCL:ST document, and have included more stringent measures against space science practitioners in my “neighbors” document (see General 666-Computer laws). I believe they have used space science (in the past years) to cause lightning which starts forest fires.

I would like to make a general statement: Vladimir never discusses with me ANYTHING regarding the Bush administration’s schedules or plans for any day or any week or any month. Anything I learn about the Bush administrations’ itinerary, I learn from reading the paper or watching the news. I don’t get information from any other source (about the Bush administration and their schedules or plans).

I, myself, am a person who hates schedules. That’s because to deal with Jesuits, you need maximum flexibility. I’m a creative, free spirit and hate to be confined. I like the Italian philosophy regarding time. I think Americans are too worried about punctuality. If you look back at my memories (via the 666-Computer), you can see this is how I feel. My attitude drives “type A” people nuts. So, therefore, it is difficult to predict what I will do from hour to hour. When I am not working at a job where I’m forced to be at a certain place at a certain time, I never know myself what I will do from one hour to the next. If I don’t have to follow a schedule, I won’t. So when I’m at home, I never know myself, if I will watch the news from one hour to the next. I only follow a schedule when I HAVE TO. I hate schedules. I say this about myself, because the Jesuits try to orchestrate their plots to make it appear that I and some other group may be scheming ways to frame Jesuits with crimes and to draw attention to these crimes. I will say that when I am not in a job where I am required to be at a certain place at a certain time, it will be difficult to say that I and some other group schemed something together, unless that other group can predict what last minute decisions that I will make about how to spend my time (from minute to minute and hour to hour). The Jesuits can’t plan too far in advance when they work with me because of how I am. But, unfortunately, I realize that in the American system, I need to respect their obsession with schedules and appointments if I want to survive, but I always try to maintain MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY regarding what I’ll do from hour to hour. In this respect, I think the Italians are superior to Americans.

You might say, Vladimir is half German and Germans are sticklers for punctuality. Yeah, but he’s also half Russian and the Russians are not like that. So I think Vladimir and I will get along. Besides, I understand the need for schedules (to an extent). And I’m not saying I am right in this regard, but it’s just the way I am. So it is hard to predict what I will do from one hour to the next, if I’m not forced to follow a schedule, since my natural inclination is to decide from one hour to the next what I will do. I set general goals for the days and decide the specifics for what I’ll do each hour, when that hour arrives. And that’s how I’ve been for years. It drove my ex-husband crazy, because he operates on a strict schedule. The best way to describe my philosophy regarding schedules is that I’m a person who “wings it” from day to day, minute to minute and hour to hour. I like to operate within the framework of a general schedule for a day or a week (with lots of leeway to make last minute changes or moves).

Around 3 p.m. there were some very suspicious yard workers (in a red vehicle) in front of my mother’s home. Put these people under 666-Computer surveillance. WHEN they showed up and the way they behaved is very suspicious. Right when I went outside to check the mail, they zoomed off. The way they timed their entrance and their exit makes them suspicious. They showed up while I was studying my ESL notes and watching some news conference.

I also suspect the postal worker who rang the doorbell earlier today and dropped off 3 packages for my mom and Bill. You may want to put this worker under 666-Computer surveillance. She/he showed up while I typed significant info into this statement (earlier today).
