Conservative rabbi Dor in my novel Silver Skies finds Jesus and his job is to lead the Jewish nation to Jesus. I am studying this to help me make my Jewish Christian rabbi believable, especially as he deals with Jews in Israel to lead them to Jesus. I do not necessarily agree with all the doctrinal positions of the Jewish believers here, but am studying the testimonies of Jews who have found Jesus and what they are like and what they have encountered from the Jewish community, especially in Israel.
