WHICH FOODS TO BUY ORGANIC:
sweet bell peppers
(imported) snap peas
potatoes (russet, the worst)
tomatoes (unless LOCAL)
Buy LEAN beef (fat has toxins)
Milk and dairy products
Peanuts, peanut butter, pecans and soy foods
WHICH FOODS DON’T HAVE TO BE ORGANIC:
Grapefruit (peel is bad)
Tangerines (peel is bad)
Oranges, lemons, limes (avoid peel)
Beans, cashews, and sesame seeds DON’T have to be organic.
